Professional, creative one-page case study designs (content already written)

Industry: Technology
Design details: We are cutting-edge, digital analytics folk who don't have an in-house marketing/design team. We have a few 200-300 word case studies that we need design done for (among other things, if the skillset matches). We are looking for them to fit on ONE 8.5in X 11in (215.9 by 279.4 mm) standard sheet of paper per case study.

The content is already written, but minor adjustments are permitted. We are looking for someone who could work with us on an ongoing basis, when needed.

To be frank, we have already had a number of paid submissions from other freelancers that we have not been happy with. We are looking for someone who can create a one-pager that is professional enough to be presented to major Fortune 500 clients (Crayola, Comcast, Volvo, etc.), but creative enough to look like it came from a design studio.
Target audience: Fortune 500 marketers
Number of pages needed: 1
Content on the front/back side and body: Story, icons, images, logo, etc.
Ideas for the visual style: Professional, but disruptive/creative
Preferred colors: (see extra notes for exact color specs)
Extra notes: Other design experience is a plus (we are doing a big marketing push right now, including logo redesign, icon design, rebranding, etc.), but is not necessary for this job.

I've included some examples I found of case study designs that we like. Please do not use these as guides of "what we want," more just that they seem professional and creative.

We are open to suggestions, especially because we want to rebrand soon, but our current colors are:

Sorry if I screwed up the pricing. I am new to this site and didn't realize that the "budget" meant a public suggestion for the amount the job was work. I have removed the pricing constraints and am open to fielding any suggestions, whether fixed or hourly.

Also, to clarify, this is for 1 one-page case study to make sure it would be a good fit before moving on to more work.
