Production of an e-book

Industry: Internet/Software
Design details: We need to create an e-book that will contain a number of pre-written articles, merged into one document, so that it can be emailed to individuals. We have a short timeframe on this, of only 3 weeks
Number of pages needed: Unsure - approximately 20 pages
Content on the front/back side and body: Front cover, contents page, articles x 5, Useful information page, Appendices, back cover with contact information
Ideas for the visual style: A5 might be best, but we are flexible
Preferred colors: We have a colour scheme that uses green as the focus colour, it would be good to keep some consistency, but we have no fixed ideas currently
Extra notes: This e-book is a follow-on from an email campaign on e-security. It is designed to be a guide for schools, offering tips on how to ensure effective e-security measures within their schools, with each section looking at a different topic.

I have uploaded an example example of an e-books that we quite like, but we are keen to explore the options. Copy is complete for the first 3 articles, with 4th being worked on currently and the 5th to be made available in the next fortnight.

Examples of the email campaign, including the visual style and colour-schemes for this work, can be provided as required.
