Produce a property brochure using our templates (MS Word)

This job could develop! We list about 15 - 20 properties per month in all price ranges. Up to £350k its a sheet of A4, >£350k its a brochure, >£450k its usually a 'Fine Homes' brochure. We have templates for all 3 styles (attached).We would provide text, photos, EPC and floorplans probably via Dropbox or similar. My staff are basically sales negotiators and are not trained for this. Personally I find myself pushed for time on other tasks and usually lag behind schedule on some brochures. We need to convert the files to PS versions then use Adobe Distiller to create a PDF version with the attributes required by our digital printers. I would like to see us turn round A4 details in hours and brochures in 1-2 days.
