Pro photos for work promo

I run a landscaping company that builds gardens. Most our photos are taken by myself or the guys on site at the end of the job for convenience but id like them to look like a pro has taken them. The photo attached has shadows that aren't great and the lawn has lines where it joins (as its just been laid) that I'd like airbrushed away for a consistent green lawn all over. I have a lot of images that need a special touch to make them look good enough to promote my work further.
