Pricing up for works required to construct Changing Places Room

We are a small company based in Coventry and we specialise in equipment for disabled persons. We've been asked to price up for a complete refurbishment of a Changing Places Room for a shopping centre in Chatham, as per the attached information and I really need some assistance.

How much would you charge to work out the rates as per the attached specification sheets and provide a price for the job? I've attached what we've received from the architect.
