Price Sheet for English school

Design details: Hello, we are an English, Art and Dance school operating in China. I need an professional looking but eye catching price list for our customers. I have already designed one myself but i'm not entirely happy with it. I would like somebody with superior Photoshop skills than mine to polish it up, make it clearer and add a few design features. Again it is for parents, not children, so professional is the key, but it should also have some color. Please see my attached design and see if you think you can change it to be better. The background is where I am struggling the most. I have my Photoshop files that i can send to the person who wants the job to make it easier for them should they wish. Thank you. The pictures, layout, design etc can all change depending on your idea.
