Practical Team Building Exercises

Hello there,
I am looking for a creative person to come up with some practical team building exercises.

To give you some more details, the scope of this project is to:
- List 10 different team building exercises
- Must be able to be completed within an indoor office environment
- Each must be practical and have some physical items to use
- Have the result of making a team work better together.
- Each exercise should not last any more than 30mins

The deliverables for this project are:
- List of 10 practical team building exercises.
- Descriptive overview of each exercise
- Instructions for each exercise
- Description on how the exercise would make a team work together better.
