Powerpoint template for Mac & PC

Data and special elements to include: I have a Powerpoint template which is pretty good, but has some problems. I would like these to be fixed and a version sent to me into which I can tip the current version of the presentation (and future presentations).
Ideas for the visual style: Needs to be conservative
Things to avoid: No special effects whatsoever
Preferred colors: Palate based around the blue in the header on each slide. Some strong accents.
Extra notes: The problems with the current template are:

1) Need a proper colour palate
2) Graphs
- Horrible colours
- Default font on the half-page / quarter-page charts is too big - should be 12 / 9 point respectively
- Get rid of all shadows / graded colours
3) Page numbers don't show through on the presentation
4) Footer formats weirdly. Get rid of all bullets and numbers. Single spacing paragraphs to shave space.
5) Single spacing paragraphs in all slide headings (e.g. above text boxes and graphs)
6) Please make sure all default shapes are in line with new palate

Needs to be done by 9am UK time Wednesday 5 November.
Template will be sent to whoever does the job.
