Need a PowerPoint presentation making on the following brief. I will supply the information needed.

Each candidate is to deliver a 30 minute presentation (plus 15 minutes of Questions), which has the theme of how do we grow our Soft FM business from a standing start of £600k to £2.5 million in 2021?

The current portfolio is;
Contract 1 - Office block in Gateshead, total FM value £200K
Contract 2 - Car park, with small offices in Newcastle, total FM value £120k
Contract 3 - Factory in Seaham, total FM, value £35k
Contract 4 - College in Darlington, soft services only, value £120k
Contract 5 - Student accommodation Middlesbrough, security only, value £70k
Contract 6 - Incubator building (start up businesses)  Middlesbrough, total FM, value £80k

How would you consolidate the above, looking at management across the existing portfolio, then how would you grow the business to £2.5 million, looking specifically at;

Product lines (particularly new services ie front of house reception)
Geography to target
Your existing contacts that present opportunities (anonymise them if required)
Tenders that you are aware are due in the next 12 months
Public sector v Private sector
Overall Business Development strategy
Resource required to complete the journey to £2.5 million.

I appreciate some assumptions will have to be made by the candidate, however this wont go against them and the more creative they are the better.
