Pop up exhibition stand design

I am a volunteer with a small children’s safety charity based in Milton Keynes. We have an opportunity to have an exhibition stand at an event taking place on 14 March. We do not have a suitable stand but, thanks to a community grant, we would like to produce a pop-up 3 wide metre double-sided stand (2280mm high x 3048mm wide x 538mm deep). The producer can meet our deadline if we could give him artwork early next week. We have copy, (headline, strap-line and 5 bullet points between four and 12 words each), a professionally produced logo in several file formats and a selection of photographs in jpeg format that could be used. We need two designs; one for a business audience, one for our main schools audience. We envisage a simple design with a large image and type at the top against a relatively uncluttered background. We anticipate that there will be some image manipulation to produce this uncluttered area. Our house typeface is Arial. Can you help?
