Planning Permission Application Lewisham for Garage/ Storage London @ SE233DG

Design details: Hello, as you will see from the attached word document - i wrote to Lewisham planning for advice and to see if i would need planning permission regarding the excavation of my driveway at 9 Tewkesbury Avenue, SE23 3DG, so that a space could be built below where the car would be parked - the drive is already there and is something that you can see has been done further along the road at other houses.

Unfortunately (as you will see from the feedback form), they have confirmed that i will need to apply for planning permission, but that ' Officers raise no objection to the principle of the development subject to the details of the proposal',so i guess it's just a case of jumping through the hoops and submitting the application.

I was really hoping to avoid anymore design/ application costs as I've had it confirmed by the people building the space (UHM Basements), that they would not need any plans (its a simple box) and would just use their own structural engineer. Obviously, I still need the application completing, but hope you could be as cost effective as possible when quoting. Please let me know how much the submission of the application/ requested information would be (see PDF document).

P.S You can find previous drawings, plans and measurements for the house (9 Tewkesbury Avenue) on the Lewisham Planning Portal, so this should assist you with the drawings. I can provide any further measurements, sketches or answer any questions. The space is intended to be accessible from inside the house.
