Photoshop templates

Hi - I'm looking for some help with photoshop. I've never used it before and looking for someone to set up some templates for me. I'm setting up a ceramics business and need templates on photoshop of various size plates / dishes etc which will allow me to position text in various places to then get them made into transfers to then place on the plates.
