PDF report turned to .doc and re-branded

Design details: I have a number of PDF reports from a competitor that I would like to model heavily. I would like for the report to be remade with my branding and a few changes to be made to ensure that copyright is not infringed.

I would like the basic designs changed so it's not a direct copy while maintaining the same look and feel.

The content can remain the same for now as I will change this myself.

I would the the documents delivered in .doc format so I can change to written content myself.

The Job will mostly consist of a cover page and and then a header and footer for each page.
