PDF file to ePUB

I hope the category I have posted this job in is not misleading. I have a print ready version of my book in PDF, I would like it converted to ePub so it works on Kindle and I can upload it onto Amazon. It is important that it is formatted in a precise and professional way (I can do it badly myself) The book is 416 pages of text and 4 pages of colour photos (8 sides) and also the the cover front and rear. There are no graphs, illustrations or other tricky bits, just text and photo pages. This PDF version of the book has already gone to the printers so it is just a matter of changing it into a format that works as a eBook.
