Pdf design template for case study based on an example

I need a similar design to the pone attached.
We don't need the wind turbines etc but the feel of it is great.

The company colours are grey and purple. Please see their landing page www.reappraiseconsulting.com for a feel
of what the company does. It's highly professional but wants to look edgy and creative as well as knowledgeable...they need to seem 'out there'

I would interested to see what options there are. I don;t expect this to be a big job as the design is +/- the template.

Clean and fresh would be ideal.
Target audience: professionals - c-suite
Number of pages needed: 1
Content on the front/back side and body: see attachments and comments
Ideas for the visual style: see attachment
Preferred colors: purple and grey see above
Extra notes: The attachment spare top and bottom...we need the bottom half of the design plain so we can add bespoke text for each case study.
