Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hello,
We need a circuit board designing and prototyping - it needs to incorporate the following:
- 12V in (screw terminals). This powers the whole board.
- PIR module, similar to image 1, PIR to be board mounted, time adjustable up to 10 mins (dial or dip switches). Controlling power to the whole board
- PWM 4 pin fan speed controller module, similar to image 2. This must control the fan by PWM, not just reducing the main voltage. Needs a 4 pin socket for the fan to plug into (image 3). No lights or reset button, no fixed rotary switch, instead a 3 pin socket for a remote rotary switch.
- LED light dimmer module. Similar to image 4. Controlling a 12v output socket, as per image 5. Instead of the hardwired rotary switch, it needs a 3 pin socket for a remote rotary switch. Dimmer needs to only go down to 10% (not turn light completely off). Needs 2 x output sockets, as per image 5.
We need wiring diagrams, component lists and ideally 2 prototypes of the finished assembled PCB. We can arrange the manufacture of the actual PCB if necessary. Budget is obviously subject to whether prototypes are provided, or just the board design.
Look forward to hearing from you - thanks!
