PCB Design

I need to design a small PCB with an ESP12E board, few passive components, a voltage regulator for the ESP, a temperature sensor (DS18B20), a header to bring out the GPIOs, a push button, and potentially a power supply (220-110V AC to 5V DC). The power supply part is optional as I would also like to bring out the power input to a USB connector. Looking for someone who can review my current design suggest improvements, if needed, for better signal quality, design and cost. Then be able to provide the PCB layout for getting prototypes manufactured. Optionally provide suggestion for a PCB supplier. The PCB will be either 1 or 2 layers and should be no larger than 25mmx40mm.
