Pattern Making and Grading for Sportswear

Hello. I have some base patterns that I need graded, and some that I need to have created. To start with I have a female 1/4 zip polo jersey I need to have size graded. I have a base template in AI vector format, and I would need the file back in a 1/1 scale vector format to use in Adobe Illustrator in inches. This is for dye sublimated cut and sew production.
