Pantone/CMYK/RGB color codes and advice

Design details: Hi all, I need someone who has experience of Pantone, RGB and CMYK, and creating the different colour codes for brand guidelines and also ensuring an accurate consistency between screen RGB codes, and CYMK output in print.

Looking for someone in the UK, ideally with knowledge of both designing and experience of print and the final output, making sure colours look accurate etc. Would like to speak on the phone or by skype, and imagine the conversation won't take more than an hour.
