Office building

I am looking at a plot of land to buy.

I am interested in getting some loose sketches done of what a smallish 3 floor modern looking office building could look like on it.

Is that something you could do or have done before please? how much would it cost to get initial visualisations (loose sketches) please?

attached is an idea of the type of sketch I want but in the setting /streets of where the plot is.
