I need an experienced mailchimp newsletter designer who is great with detail to put together a newsletter with 2 gifs. HTML and CSS required. It needs to be fully responsive on all devices. I would like someone who is happy to do edits until complete. I have the basic layout already as a visual reference. Positive and reliable only please.
