New Brand Design Job

Industry: Sports and Fitness
Design details: I need a talented designer to do several jobs revolving around a new product I am currently developing. I have the logo etc and the product so it will just be case of using these. I require someone who has the following traits:

* Pixel perfect design
* Modern feel and look
* Plenty of examples

I have several credits for graphic-river which can be used if a template would be quicker and easier.

I need the following completed:

* Leaflet Design
* Facebook and Twitter backgrounds
* App banners for iad (50 x 320)
* Maybe a video creating (this can be bought by myself and edited in photoshop)

Only apply if you can stick to budget and are flexible, I also would like someone who has a keen eye for design and modern techniques.
