Need two signs produced (making yard signs)

Design details: Need to produce two signs that will be printed on 24"w 18"h yard signs. Below are the details of each signs. Please review and let me know if you need any other details from me. Will need the final vector files for print product.

First Sign -
24”w x 18”h Sign that will read:
Come join us for the San Juan Del Rio Family Picnic on May 21st.
Start with Mass at 9am (coffee & donuts after mass)
Picnic will start at 10:30am to 3pm. Funds for the event will goto the new Parish Family Center.

Donation: $10 Per Adult & $7 Per Child (under 12)
$40 Maximum per family

Second Sign -
24”w x 18”h Second sign will explain the items listed:

1st Place Grand Prize Value $500
(4 day/3nights - 2 bedroom at Bonnet Creek Resort - Disney/Orlando
2nd Place Grand Prize Value $200
(Publix Aprons cooking for four)
3rd Place Grand Prize Value $100

4th Place Grand Prize Value $100
(Dinner for 2 at all Knights of Columbus Fish Fries - Includes beverage /dessert)
*Winner does not have to be present to win*
Tickets are $2 each, 3/$5, 7/$10, 10/$12
Proceeds to capital campaign/ New Family Center

 The images I am providing are for ideas to use for the signs. If they do not work then no need to use them. Some of them are low res images, so I will have to provide you with the high res if we move forward.
