    Yes, Budget is low. Every one wants to go with the minimum it doesn't matter from where it is located. You can come up with your price. If i see i am not able to find person in my budget then definitely i will review your proposal that you will send with your budget. So Please send your price for this task.

    You're worng. Amateur freelancers do that, an it also applies for the clients. But 90% of the times there's a mutual respect bettwen budget and freelancer value. I can do it for 60$
