Need Letterhead Design and Document Template

Design details: I require a full letterhead designed with lots of bright colours.
The design has to be at the top and bottom so it is enclosed and has to be full width.
This includes creating a logo for my business also.
The design and text has to be super sharp and not fuzzy or blurry, yet the file size has to be small.

Secondly, I require the same letterhead but with additional sections in the document where I can place a heading and contents under each section.
Content on the front/back side and body: Logo, contact details, all enclosed in colour
Ideas for the visual style: Lets discuss on skype.
Preferred colors: lots of bright colours
Extra notes: Try and show me some design samples which I can ask you to emulate in a similar way.

In the attachment, I have provided a letterhead which I designed myself.
But as you can see, its not sharp and its not professional.

I need it professionally done.
