Need images redrawn into high quality png

Hello,
I have the two images attached that I need redrawn into high quality png files so that I can order DTF transfers to be put onto shirts.
The images provided were provided by my customer, so they are the only quality that I have. The first image- the one with the picture that contains the face- there is some distress stuff on it that they would like removed. They would like it all to just be solid. The "B" in the word Bowel at the top needs to be solid as well, and the color inside the top of the B can be removed. The dark blue that runs behind "RORY STRONG" can be solid, and show through the negative spaces in the letters.
