Description
Experience Level: Entry
Design details: I usually work in web media. I am less experience with InDesign or Illustrator. I am trying to create a cutaway effect for the cover of a brochure that is inDesign. I can get the effect I want in Photoshop but it looks rasterized when I paste it into the document. I just need someone who can work in Illustrator or Indesign to make the cover graphic for me.
I have the original files, (the wave in .ai, the dog is a photo) you just need to combine them, or reshape the border, or whatever so that the one image isn't an ugly square over the wave image.
I'm not sure if the client will prefer cutaway dog or dog with background (grass and cement) but wondering how much if you made each one.
Content on the front/back side and body: Illustration
Ideas for the visual style: Exactly as described above.
Extra notes: This is production work that needs a designer's skill set, more than it is an actual design job.
