Hello I need an MS WORD template designed. Can supply an existing template that can be used as a starter template.
ONE page
The MS WORD document MUST contain our company logo ( supplied later) and some sort of background design to compliment our logo colour scheme. The template will serve as a COVID UKAS laboratory result certificate so nothing too 'artful' just something that reflects our brand colours
The cost is to include up to 3 revisions. I have attached logo and certificate template BUT this will need altered somewhat and include test laboratory details.
