Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need a short 1 minute explainer video creating to a specific style ( plain white icons and red background) for the following script. I have storyboarded the screens and will upload them separately.
"XXX supplies abatement and pumps to many different customers, operating in several regions.
Within each of the customers’ regions, will be multiple fabrication units (or FAB).
Each FAB will have its own service or sale contracts with Edwards for the maintenance of its equipment. Edwards Field Service Engineers are assigned to an individual FAB to carry out that work.
Inside the FAB, are several of the customer’s tools. These are placed within maintenance groups.
Underneath each tool, housed in the Sub-Fab are the separate chambers.
It is within these tool chambers that the Edwards equipment such as abatement and pumps are located. Work carried out on these by the engineers, generates a service report.
Sometimes, when a Field Service Engineer is servicing the equipment, they may not be able to find it within the Service Management Application (or SMA).
When this happens, the engineer can ask his Supervisor to add the equipment details to SMA.
Let’s go back to the start to see how the Supervisor can do this.
First, they need to make sure the customer and region are within SMA. If not, they have to add them.
Then, they check that the Factory exists within the application. If not, they must create a new one.
The factory should be associated with workers and a customer contract.
Now, they can add the customer tool to the factory.
Once the customer tool has been added, the supervisor will need to add the chambers.
New equipment can now be added to SMA by allocating it to one of the chambers within the Customer tool."
