Mock-up for rooftop

We are pitching to a client to design & install some high-end roof shading on 3 roof tops. To explain what I need:

There are 2 buildings with 3 rooftops in total:
1- The Post Building
a. 1 rooftop (photo attached) @ 22m x 8.7m
b. I have attached a crude sketch “The Post Building Frame”
2- Devonshire House
a. 2 rooftops (photos attached) @ 12.7m x 7.7m / 10.3m x 11m
b. I have attached a crude sketch of both “Devonshire House Frames”

We would like to give a mock-up for each of the 3 rooftops (or 1 good mock-up say of the Post Building). The importance is the look of the shade cover. I would like a clean black solid metal finish and a narrow LED lighting strip on the inside of the vertical legs please. Possibly on the underside of the roof trusses as well? The legs need to be spaced around 4m apart as the roof floor fixings wont allow for longer spacing. (Please see attached image called Shade design for what I mean about the feel).

Is this something you could do for me & if so how quickly
