Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: We are having a loft conversion done at our property, and have had a drawing made to describe the drainage, and design alongside the party wall (attached).
The Adjoining Owner's Party Wall surveyor wants a method statement drafted describing as a minimum:
- How we'll be rendering the wall, how we're going to protect their wall during work (I guess hoardings and tin hat scaffolding is the answer) etc.
The surveyor is quite picky so will want detail, and it may take one or two drafts to get it right.
Would like the statement completed today / tomorrow to send to the surveyor, who will hopefully accept, but if not, may ask for more comments
