Menu boards to be finished off

I have started the design of some menu boards as pictured, I need them to be finished off. I can provide a photo of the existing menu to work from.

I want the design to be along the lines of what I have started, but text sizing, spacing etc all needs sorting out and I don't have time to make it all look right.

Budget is flexible, I'm happy to pay more for a top job to be done.
