Make designs print ready

Hi, I have 16, A5 certificate designs. The pdfs my designer preapared are not print ready. Can you create print ready pdfs for me from the ai's. My designer is in Japan. She has had three attempts but with the laguage barrier I don't think we are going to get there. I know it is a small job, but I would really appreciate your help. I have attached one of the designs.
