Make a shot list look professional enough to present to a client

Our problem is that producers will make a shot list but the “look & feel” is wrong and can’t be delivered to a client.
The task is to make the attached created by a producer look professional.

We use Adobe InDesign - please only respond if you are proficient. Also you must have some experience with digital production and know what a shot list is, how it is used and why it is important.

An original shot list created by one of our producers is attached and a template for the structure for your version.
