Looking for an experienced product designer

We want to find 2-3 experienced product designers, the main tasks are as follows:
1. The product to be designed: memory foam pet dog bed

2. Design process:
1) We provide market research reports and design plans;
2) The designer designs 15-20 drafts according to our requirements and their own suggestions for shape and color;
3) We choose 4 to 5 models according to the designer's draft;
4) The designer performs detailed design for the 4 to 5 designs we have selected (technical drawings are required but 3D models are not required)
5) We contact our own factory for sample production and may make appropriate modifications according to the sample.
