*Looking for a Designer*

Hi there,
I am looking for a designer who I can work with longterm and whom is able to assist me with the following:
1) Convert files, e.g: converting a pdf file & or a png file into a high resolution vector file.
2) Editing images & pictures, e.g: making very simple colour changes, such as a background colour from nude to pink & or removing part of the image
3) Add links to an email signature, e.g: so when you click onto an instagram logo, you will be taken to an instagram page.
& or when you click on an email icon, you will be able to send an email

*PLEASE NOTE* If you do not have experience with being able to complete all of the above, please do not submit a proposal.
