Logo, brand and packaging design

I currently have my own farm producing KAMPOT PEPPER in Cambodia whereby i am currently a member of the Kampot Pepper Association. http://www.kampotpepper.biz/
I want to develop my own brand and packaging with my products.
There are currently different brands of Kampot Pepper on the market which is sold a premium price.
I would like to develop a brand which create a feeling of high quality premium product and packaging design unique high end and is much more eye catching then other brands out there.

Brand Name and Logo
I have found a real brand name that i could use, but KAMBUJA is one option that i was thinking.

Packaging
Products will be sold are Red, Black and white peppercorns.. Each color packed separately and must clearly show differences color.

Package Material
Option of metal round can design or paper square box design.

Color
show high end therefore possibly have GOLD, SILVER text color, as well as colors of RED, WHITE, BLACK to differentiate the different color peppercorn,.
