Lettersize flyer

We have a monthly letter size flyer. This has been done by a person that does not work here anymore. I need a replica of this but updated from July to August. I need it done in InDesign. Most of it is just cut and paste with a few exceptions. I do not have any of the original pictures or layout. All I have is PDF. Need this done asap. I have a very old version in Indesign, but lot has changed since last year.
