Leaflet design needed

Design details: I need a design for an A5 leaflet. Details:

- final deliverable will consist of files ready for a print shop (CMYK, relevant file format, e.g. psd, corel etc., exact sheet dimensions will be provided)

- one content page which will be printed on both sides

- leaflet will consist of 3 sections:
1) header
2) "call to action" text
3) a few T&Cs towards the bottom

- all text lines will be provided

- text is in a foreign language with special characters. Everything will be provided (+translations for context) however final file must be include relevant elements, i.e. fonts so it's printed correctly

- 3 design proposals/mock-ups will be required to start with, with some initial requirements already provided, i.e. white background, dark red header text etc. so this should reduce the number of review rounds

- feedback will be provided and up to 3 review rounds of each design may be needed

- quick turnaround times and freelancer availability are essential for each review round (<24 hrs) so final design(s) are signed off by Wednesday morning (19th of March)

- I'll have to confirm telephone numbers to be included - this will be next week

- final delivery will include:
1) one or more files with selected designs (out of the original 3), depending on the results
2) each design may have a few versions which will ONLY differ in terms of the phone number

- final delivery will include files ready to be sent to the print shop with combinations of selected designs and phone numbers as specified above (estimated: 5-6 files)

- the job is mostly to create a layout and provide relevant imagery

- market sector: insurance
