Leaflet Design

I am looking for a part design of a leaflet. The front f the leaflet has been completed but the back is remaining,as I do not have time finish it myself I prefer to allow someone else to complete it.

The leaflet is DL leaflet which is targeting landlords notifying them of some legislation changes the way the rental market works. We provide a service which makes it simpler for them to rent there properties and takes the headache of management.

The back of the leaflet will consist of text and imaging and must be layed out in an easy to read manner. It also must attract the person to read it all. The front image will be sent to yourself and you will be able to see the theme we have gone with, this must reflect in the design for the back also
