Information for the business: Property Risk Assessment
Design details: We would like a flyer to be produced for our company. The flyer will initially be sent out by e-mail to potential clients. It will be A4 size (unless you feel it can be put on A5 without compromising the impact and detailed wording required).

I attach the wording we have produced and I have attached the company logo (note: the logo is in the centre and does not need to contain the codes in the bottom corner. It should be cut out from the border). The flyer should be colour coded to correspond accordingly with the logo.

Our company name is 3 Elements. If you are to write 3 Elements within the document, you should use the font named "Spin Cycle."

The flyer is concerning Legionella in the home and needs a call to action for landlords and agents to contact us to arrange a Legionella Risk Assessment. Our telephone and e-mail addresses are not yet finalised, so we need to have space to fill these in at a later date. For reference, the e-mail address is likely to be 17 characters long and the telephone number is likely to be 11 numbers.

The final version needs to be produced in a format where we can amend the wording and maybe have the flexibility to move the wording around a little bit in case we find that we need to add additional sentences, etc.
