Keynote presentation

I am moving into sales training and am in the process of writing the course. I believe I will want to deliver it via Keynote. The backbone of the course is based around 'The professional salespersons wheel" with the spokes of the wheel being the character and behaviour of a salesperson. The ethos of the wheel is that its strength is subject to its spokes. I am thinking that I want a modern animated presentation where by I can add / insert slides myself once I have the template and design in place, so to speak.
At this stage I am some time of moving my hand written notes & ideas to the MAC and I have little or no experience with Keynote but have used Powerpoint some years ago.
I apologise for being unable to specify the work load in detail right now which will make my request somewhat unattractive to potential "peopleperhour". So to start can I ask for a budget price to configure a template slide that shows the rim, hub & animation of 12 spokes appearing one at a time when requested with the title if the characteristic / or behaviour within it?
