Job cost sheet,pre event and post event

I need a cost sheet in excel to find the estimated cost of a job.Our job involves some fabrication work, outsource work and reuse of in-house items.
For fabrication work, we are using items purchased for the job as well as items from the store.
Direct overheads to be allocated based on the sales teams cost based on hours.
Further, I am using Quick books which is not inventory integrated.
