The background

We are a manufacturer based in Northern Ireland. I want to set up a Digital Marketing Company- to look after our four brands, but will only do so when I know the right people are available. I want interested parties to send a video of themselves in confidence explaining what they could bring to the company. The new marketing company will initially work exclusively for one client, our company. This job advertisement will be printed in our local newspapers- full colour.

I want the advertisement to be kind of funky/vibrant/unmissable- with key words randomly placed. Key words to include- Graphic Designer, Video Creation, 3D Modelling, Copywriting, Strategic Planning, Data Analyst, Social Media, Digital Marketing, PR, Photoshop, E-commerce, Developer, Content Writer, Email Marketing, Project Co-ordinator, PPC, They Ask You Answer, Hubspot, Managing Director, Data Analyst (I know that is repeated- I want it repeated)
