Invitation Design

You did a great job designing a banner for me last year. I need an A5 invitation designing, I have the basic layout and colours. I would like it done asap as behind on my scheduling! Would you be interested? If you were how much would you charge?

I have attached a PDF of my basic design. It looks rather flat so it needs something to lift it off the page colour graduation, 3d type effect or anything you could suggest to improve it. Plus I would like some silver stars adding to it. I have attached an example.
