Interactive pdf - ongoing work

Information for the business: interactive brochure
Design details: i am looking for somebody to create an interactive brochure in indesign. the final item will be print ready and then made interactive.

interactive elements.
- buttons to navigate through pages
- image rollovers
- photo gallery (in view, click on thumbnail to swap larger image)

i need a price that reflects
1) you creating the design and then creating print and interactive elements.
2) based on us providing a style guide and content. you would create final print artwork and interactive elements to design spec.

this would be regular work and building long term relationship.
Number of pages needed: 8-10
Content on the front/back side and body: this would be provided in the brief we give.
Ideas for the visual style: this would be provided in the brief we give.
