Interactive Fantasy World Map

Hello

Looking to for someone who can create interactive fantasy world map for a plush toy company

The map would need to include many different Bioms with clickable Area, sea moving with waves and with the ability to add 3D character figures and creatures on it etc

We would also require the map to be able to function on the company website and for customers to have a individual map just for them so they can see there teddy bear on there map

The closest map i have seen so far witch is close to what we want is here below but would require more detail and the additional things i stated before:

I also have a pre drawn sketch of the fantasy island needing added to the world map.

The world map would show the customers house.

An the fantasy island would show the teddy bear or the product if that makes sense.
