Influencing at Senior Leader & Director level lead magnet

I need a designer who specialises in the design and creation of lead magnets for use across a number of social media platforms. I have provided the content for an 8 page document in the broad format I require, but am happy to take advise and guidance as to how this might be altered to achieve a better overall document. The audience is for senior leaders and directors, some of whom will be C-suite, across all business sectors but with some emphasis on technical and manufacturing sectors. Ideally I am looking to have the document complete within 48 hours, including sight of initial and advance drafts. I have also attached our corporate branding guidelines and a lead magnet produced previously to provide some sense of what I'm looking for. While our primary corporate colours are orange and dark grey I am looking for use of our accent colours in the document. The document is for Senior Leaders and Directors, who will be time poor and the document must grab their attention by standing out from the other distractions vying for their attention. That said it still requires to appeal to this audience who will be from their mid 40's, have a technical mindset e.g. engineers and for the most part, but not exclusively so, male.
