Image mask in Adobe Illustrator

Design details: My web site (www.customcases.eu) has a custom written photo manipulation section that I need to replicate in Illustrator. Have a look at how this works first. Whilst the site works very well I need to be able to produce high resolution proofs for prospective clients without tying up web resources. The site currently produces a low resolution image of how the finished case will look for admin purposes. I need to replicate this but in high res. Hopefully you will see what I mean when you look at the site and design your own case.

I will need "masks"? for iPhone 4 & iPhone 5. If all goes well I will also need iPad, iPad Mini and Samsung Galaxy 3&4 along with other additions later.
