Image adjustment

Design details: We have a leaflet design that we would like to replicate on the homepage of our website.

I need two things:
1. An image creating of the correct size to replicate the top half of the image (without the copy - just the 3 images next to each other) including the poolside image/runner/juices as per the top half of the leaflet
2. An image resizing to the correct size of the beach scene

I have included:
1. The leaflet
2. The current homepage image so you can see what size the images need to be

I have:
1. All the images required as separate JPEGs

Easy job if you have the software - which I don't!

Ideas for the visual style: as per the leaflet
